The lady was the absolute rudest person to ever be in this profession. She ended up crying and hanging up on me without even attempting to assist.
A great company to work with... their whole team really takes the time to understand the challenges of their associations and organizations they work for. As a contractor, its hard finding managers that really understand the scope of work and the difficulties of tieing up loose ends - Lorelei, specifically, has the experience and the know how of handling tough situations and making things right for her Homeowner's. Would definitely recommend Lorelei and her team for management duties of all calibers.
