This place has been a great management Shawn always responds quickly and helps with whatever problem ther is . I definitely can give a 5 star and highly recommend.
Update: Been with PMI for almost 3 years now. Just logged into my home security to find the maintenance/landscaping crew taking extra time to make sure our building was clean and organized after yard work was complete. Absolutely outstanding service from these individuals each and every time. Management companies like this one deserve accolades. Thank you! Best Property Management in Oklahoma, easily. The staff is excellent at communicating, the properties are clean, and response times are fast and professional.
WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. DO NOT ALLOW THESE IMBECILES TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We are tenants and they NEVER pick up the phone. Never call back after leaving voicemails. They dont answer emails. We've had nothing but issues with our water. You can forget about maintenance. When we moved into our unit, it was dirty. And sloppy paint. They even painted over outlets!
