Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. They insisted on the deposit being sent first, and now I see why, all they care about is taking your money. When I picked up the keys, nobody showed me the property. Upon inspecting the unit, it was delivered in a severely unlivable and hazardous condition, including heavy accumulations of rat feces in the garage, exposed electrical wiring, and dysfunctional doors throughout the entire house that do not close properly. PMI green country is destroying our property value over here at Rain Tree Silver Ridge Condominiums in Tulsa, OK and has zero concern or respect for the people who own the properties they “manage”. Not sure they even check on the property much less are willing to work with any owners to correct concerns in a TIMELY manner. But they get their HOA fees that’s for sure!!
I could not be more pleased with PMI Green Country or their professional and superior management of our condo association at Chimney Ridge! Shane is an exemplary employee and always responsive to my questions or shared concerns. PMI Green Country is TURNING AROUND our community in the best possible way and I thank them.
