Its been about 10 months since we moved into our place and I've about had it. Really regretting signing on for another year, but they make you decide 7 months in advance. First of all, they tried to raise our rent $25 after we signed our contract. There have been multiple issues with the property that are either ignored or fixed by a repairman who just shows up unannounced and once just let himself in while I was asleep and didn't come to the door fast enough.
