Completely inept, yet smug. Go figure. I will never live in a building managed by this company again. Use at your own risk.
PMG is one of the worst property management corporations our there, they take money monthly from each resident and do no work to keep the community safe. There have been several instances of theft in my community and our community group requested them to install camera for safety of our residents and mainly the kids. They simply just send an email stating that "we are not responsible for belongings being stolen off property and the safety of the kids are the parents responsibility" they are kids and they will pray in areas. ... read more

Not efficient and not helpful to owners. Every time I’ve asked for something they do not even try to assist and don’t want to create efficient systems. From my experience with them, I do not recommend this management company at all.
