Jesus, I don’t know what kind of racket these people are running to actually get contracts but Donna Rexworthy has me walking 15 minutes through the snow in the freezing cold every day because she refused to even answer an email to a tenant that needed to rent a parking spot. Gail Cote has exhibited unprofessional and unresponsive behavior. I previously raised these concerns with her supervisor, but there has been no apparent resolution beyond claims that we are bullying her... My intention is simply to follow up on issues that I brought up to her 3 months ago.
I would give this company 0 stars if I could! Secretary is rude and Tino is absolutely useless. Called him multiple times about the same issue. No response. He doesn’t do his job.
If you ignore a problem it goes away.
