If I could give zero stars I would. Dealt with Chris Bell as our property manager and he was the laziest manager I have ever dealt with. He would disappear every summer and never answer any emails. He would make the utmost nonsense decisions/suggestions for our property. As a Condo Board member I couldn’t stand dealing with him as nothing would ever get done/get done PROPERLY. Called the emergency on-call person as there is mold issue due to poor construction practices. Our house is unlivable and no one ever called back. If you are ever looking to purchase a condo, make sure to check that Property Management Guild Inc. does not manage the site. You will be paying fees for your property to not be managed.
Non supportive to senior residents, doesn't take resident concerns seriously, throws up his hands saying "it's not ny role", non response to email messages....terrible work ethic.
I had a very disappointing experience today with the manager on duty. We called because our downspout is completely frozen, dripping water and creating a large pool of ice on our driveway. The ice is now extending into our garage, making it unsafe and preventing us from parking or even entering properly. We are not the only unit experiencing this issue.
