Non supportive to senior residents, doesn't take resident concerns seriously, throws up his hands saying "it's not ny role", non response to email messages....terrible work ethic.
I had a very disappointing experience today with the manager on duty. We called because our downspout is completely frozen, dripping water and creating a large pool of ice on our driveway. The ice is now extending into our garage, making it unsafe and preventing us from parking or even entering properly. We are not the only unit experiencing this issue. Jesus, I don’t know what kind of racket these people are running to actually get contracts but Donna Rexworthy has me walking 15 minutes through the snow in the freezing cold every day because she refused to even answer an email to a tenant that needed to rent a parking spot. The company refuses to accommodate tenant that lives on a busy Main Street with no alternative parking options. Despite having ample parking to rent out. Gail Cote has exhibited unprofessional and unresponsive behavior. I previously raised these concerns with her supervisor, but there has been no apparent resolution beyond claims that we are bullying her... My intention is simply to follow up on issues that I brought up to her 3 months ago.
