I live in a condo where this company runs half our complex and our common element. Every winter for the past few years it has been dreadful. Constantly having to message about ice build up or excessive ice melt on walk ways but it falls on deaf ears. This property management company do not care about people and safety. I would advise that you do your research before you hire this company ! I would actually advise you to look for a different company as you can see the poor rating.

A day and a half after snowfall ceased, this parking lot remained inadequately cleared, compromising safety. The justification provided was that the lot's limited size hindered efficient snow pile management, and tenants' vehicles occupied the space. However, walkways were not cleared to ensure safe passage. Even if the contractor faced challenges in completing the parking lot, they could have made the walkways accessible. I don’t know why they have to be this rude, when I called to ask for help with the community mail box key not working. It was just a simple enquiry. I am not asking you to do it for me. I simply called to understand how to solve the problem./what’s the procedure to solve the issue.

If i could i would give 0 stars . As a contractor I have dealt with a lot of property Management company s and this one is the worst and i didn't even work for/with them. Would never buy a property run by them again . You cant even get the owners email Peter Webb to complain about his so called property Manager Gale . Think it is time to fight to have them removed
