I have worked in hospitality/customer service since I was 16 years old and I can say with full confidence this is the worst company/person I have ever had to work with. We have rented with them for 11 months, and since day one, our communication with Tyler has been a failure on his end. And it only progressively got worse with time. Scott and his team are awsome. They go above and beyond. I had a family emergency which put me behind on rent when I told them what was going on they were more then happy to help and being understanding of the situation. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would.

I loved working with them but they told me the application was refundable and still haven’t been refunded.
