AVOID GESmar property management Terrible customer service all around, starting with the building maintenance. Rude unethical personnel! Isabelle Fournier should NOT be managing general assemblies. She turned our assembly into a complete debacle by spreading confusion and trying to turn co-owners against each others. Condo fees increasing more & more and the janitorial service is worse than ever! Takes forever to get my own services from your own exterior problems where you have to fork out the cash! Froze to death practically last winter as the heating was always turned off when i advised La Fournier of the situation she never got back to me lol incompetent at your best but i will make sure that doesnt happen again this year believe me you can fool a fool only once!
