Condo fees increasing more & more and the janitorial service is worse than ever! Takes forever to get my own services from your own exterior problems where you have to fork out the cash! Froze to death practically last winter as the heating was always turned off when i advised La Fournier of the situation she never got back to me lol incompetent at your best but i will make sure that doesnt happen again this year believe me you can fool a fool only once! GES MAR est de loin la meilleure compagnie de gestion immobilière. Je parle en connaissance de cause, puisqu’ayant été propriétaire de quelques condos , il m’est facile de comparer leur travail. Service courtois, efficace et très professionnel! Mme Isabelle Fournier est LA référence pour tout ce qui touche la règlementation…incroyable! Bravo à toute l’équipe!
Très mauvaise expérience - compagnie incompétente sans aucun professionnalisme sans parler du gestionnaire qui prends les gens de haut durant les assemblées - le contrat leur a été donné par le constructeur de notre immeuble, nous l’avons résilié dès la première année.
