It’s sad that you have to write a review on every platform possible to get the word out about this very professional company. The employees are rude and liars. I think they must all hate their jobs. Please don’t think you will be different. Check out my post on Yelp. I added pictures. They rented a house that had a broken fence that was behind a garage. This place is a scam. They bait and switch rentals. I was told the property in Modesto near Creekside was cleaned and sprayed for bugs. I have been here for 4 nights and every night and day there are cockroaches on the down stairs of the unit. The 2nd day the air conditioner stopped working as well. I called the after hours maintenance number twice, left voicemails, and no body called me back. I asked to be let out of my lease because there is a roach infestation, the AC doesn't work..the property is not as it was described... read more
Bait and Switched Into a Property! I viewed the property a week and half prior to accepting the keys. There was food on the ground between oven and counter leftover from previous tenant, as well as bugs on the ground and soy sauce packets in the drawer. I told Marlene I would take the property if they had it cleaned and sprayed for bugs. She agreed that she would. They are not honest people. When I moved into one of their rentals they stated that they hired a cleaning crew prior. The house was filthy, I had to remove screws from every room, spackle and repaint every room. The curtains were filthy and when I took them down I found that someone just painted around the curtains.
