Treble on call emergency staff.. The a/c unit went out Saturday on June 4th 2016..,the leasing office was open. I spoke with Ruby , she is helpless unable to control anything . ON CALL MAINTENANCE STAFF FLAT OUT TOLD ME HE HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO AND 12 OTHER PERSONS WITH A/C PROBLEMS . When this information was reported to the assistant Ruby , she was unable to do anything AGAIN.!! ..Temp 84 F at night inside the apartment . During the day temp was over 90F.
