I am Jim’s wife, and the owner of a condo unit managed by Property Management Consultants. I can only give this company 1 star because there is no way to post a zero. The story of what happened to me should raise a red flag towards anyone who would ever consider hiring them. I had a legitimate issue with the HOA, and PMC allied with the HOA against me in ways that would horrify anyone looking for property management. No one here wants to do their job!! Lazy, and shameless!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This is the most useless company. I do not know how they stay in business. They make mistakes time after time. I can count at least 4 major mistakes in 2 and a half years that has cost our HOA several months in fees and wasted time/effort. Just washed down the drain because PMC is completely inept. I asked them to fix one of the most egregious mistakes that cost us 5 additional months on top of the 5 months we have already spent waiting for them and the worst customer service representative in the w... read more
The only reason they got 1 star is because it won't let you comment if you give 0 stars, Dayana is never in the office or the front desk always says she is not in the office so I have had to deal with Hugh several times. My Board of Directors within my HOA has only 2 people and as per the bylaws are required to have a minimum of 5 and yet PMC just gives excuses. They don't enforce with the HOA to have monthly meetings and the last meeting was over 2 years ago and they do nothing. Is there a place to go here in San Diego to i... read more
