Don't know about losing files, maybe that's why the bookkeeper has billed us for extras not in our contract, for water bills already paid over a year ago, etc. It's a repeat problem. We complain to the agent, she says she'll take care of it and part of the unfair and repeat billing is taken off our account. The rest remains...despite repeated promises to fix the account. Easy for us Property Management Concepts was easy as pie for us. Althought the agent was over 1/2 hour late to show us the appointment, AND had scheduled others to see the duplex at the same time as us (this was very uncomfortable) all worked out ok.

We filled out our application and they did their checking asap. They phoned us and asked me to come in to fill out the "official and legal" paperwork.
