We hired them one year and did not renew contract on large condo complex. They stink and are horrible.
The Property Management Company has managed my California investments for 15 years. They are excellent! The phones are answered immediately and there is an unusual dedication to providing to service to me and my tenants.
Do not buy or lease a place that uses this management company! We’ve had nothing but issues and quite frankly they are useless. We bought a townhome a couple of years ago and pay a HOA every month. Usually HOA fees cover the amenities that are offered in your complex. The only thing this HOA covers is pool and gardening. The gardening is minimal and they stopped heating the pool because it cost too much.
