I was very interested in renting a property listed by this company. The house seemed desirable but had been on the market for 3 months and now I know why. I called both Vince and Leanne several times. I finally talked with Vince. I told him I have an online business and he kept asking me over and over if I had clients in the house and I told him no over and over. It gave me the impression he was incompetent. We've worked with Vince & Leann for 10 years. They have been GREAT property managers for us. They respond quickly to tenants' issues and keep us well informed about what is going on at our rentals.
