Worst management company i have ever dealt with. Barely couple days with them managing my unit I am renting and it has been back to back disasters. After paying rent in person, they somehow manage to turn off my water for my home. Now today they turn off my light. Dealing with Invitation homes directly was way easier.
Currently renting a property that I love, with Faith Real Estate as the property management company. Their customer service is subpar. They are non-responsive a lot of the time and I have to follow up sometimes several times to get answers to my questions or assistance with what I need. Do not rent from these people, not only was Joanie late to our appointment, she was very abrupt and put off she needed to show us this house. She rushed us through the house and didn’t want to answer our questions about the house. As soon as she realized our questions were complete she rushed us out the door and had to as the elderly woman in her car the questions I was asking because she couldn’t answer or didn’t care to answer questions.
