One board meeting the entire time I have lived here, (going on 4+ years now). My parking spot that I own and pay property taxes on was damaged by wet cement. Did not authorize work to be done nor request it, no was I ever notified of working being done. Only positive thing to say is the building is well maintained (hence the 1 star). But to know where your assessment goes to every month? Good luck finding that out. All my requests are ignored time and time again
