Kiely Properties has ALWAYS tended to tenants of rental properties that they manage. They have a difficult job to assist the tenants of rented properties while only doing so with the approval of the LANDLORDS who pay for service and repairs. Perhaps the other Google reviewer didn't understand that his issue lies far more with the property owner rather than the management company.
This "property management" company doesn't know a thing about managing properties. They don't respect their tenants nor take maintenance requests seriously. Will be leaving when the lease is up and warning everyone to NOT deal with these people!! Save yourselves the headache!
