Waste of time. Paid the fee to apply, wrote a whole essay about who I was and what I was looking for, only to never receive a response. Put in the app at the beginning of April for an apartment in August, didn't receive a response for 3 weeks. I sent in an email and finally got a response, there was no mention of my application at all, and was told to check back in May. When I did, I didn't receive a response. Good for air bnb’s or short term stays. Fully furnished and there’s a furnished rooftop with skyline views. It’s a little far from subway stations by NYC standards but close to the Hudson River and on a quiet street. The staff are decently helpful but sometimes take a few days to respond to issues and requests. It feels like most people in the building are here on a short term stay. The laundry machines damaged my sheets though and there’s no warm or hot water for them even if you select those temperatures. There’s construct... read more

We stayed at w48th and 10th st buildings for a few months and in overall, we had a great experience. They were responsive to inquiries and flexible to requests. Amanda is helpful and great.

I rented one of their studios at 145 Mulberry Street. While the apartment, the building management, and the location was great, the company was very reluctant to return the security deposit. I wrote multiple emails in the 2.5 months following my stay and never even received a response. Finally I announced formal debt collection proceedings and promptly got an email back thanking me for reaching out (but no apology) and asking where to send the check to...
