Apartments marketed as having central air/AC.. when in reality we went without it for months at a time. Apartments temps wouldnt fall below 80 degrees impossible to sleep in. Management unhelpful and rude.
Management is rude and aggressive.

Waste of time. Paid the fee to apply, wrote a whole essay about who I was and what I was looking for, only to never receive a response. Put in the app at the beginning of April for an apartment in August, didn't receive a response for 3 weeks. I sent in an email and finally got a response, there was no mention of my application at all, and was told to check back in May. When I did, I didn't receive a response. Good for air bnb’s or short term stays. Fully furnished and there’s a furnished rooftop with skyline views. It’s a little far from subway stations by NYC standards but close to the Hudson River and on a quiet street. The staff are decently helpful but sometimes take a few days to respond to issues and requests. It feels like most people in the building are here on a short term stay. The laundry machines damaged my sheets though and there’s no warm or hot water for them even if you select those temperatures. There’s construct... read more
