I have been an owner in a unit that is managed by PLM. I have been dissatisfied with their service for the entire 13 years I have resided here. The owner of PLM does not look out for the best interest of the community and is incredibly unresponsive. After 11 years of residing here, I am now an HOA board member and it's been beyond disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend this company.
