Regrettably, purchasing an investment through the PI store was the worst financial decision my wife and I have got ourselves into. We bought a dual key property that was significantly overpriced at the time. We feel absolutely saddened that we did not do our due diligence (onus is definitely on us!) and we were led like sheep to a slaughter house by a salesman with a fantastic pitch. 2 years into the worst decision, the property’s valuation remains significantly lower than other properties in the area.
