Ed Shanahan is a total slumlord. I have lived with rats for 7 months and he promised to take care of the issue and still hasn’t. It took me withholding rent that he finally eveicted me instead of fixing the problem. Please save your time and don’t rent from him. Also most of the people he rents to are drug dealers and drug addicts.
