Mike Vakos has been an outstanding property manager—always professional, responsive, and dedicated to keeping our community running smoothly.
Do not hire this company. We have given complaints for a span of 5 years about a tenant not following rules for leashed dogs with nothing being done. Today my dog go attacked by the same offending family/dog for the 4th time and it sent my dog to the vet with bites and so much emotional distress on my end that I couldn’t even finish my day at work and came home in tears because we knew this would eventually happened.
