This review is for Alyssa Anne Doutney of The Property Group...and NOT the company. Alyssa was able to correct an ongoing concern of mine (cracked slate in my front path that was dangerous to visitors and delivery persons). I had submitted requests for work orders and emailed the former property management company AND The Property Group for THREE YEARS! I was either ignored or strung along for the entire time. I’ve lived in several property’s in the last 15 years and have never found a management professional as lazy, rude and downright condescending as our copper square management is. I know many people in my community feel the same way.

The representatives for the properties here always seem bothered by any questions or concerns. Rude to say the least. They take weeks if not months to get back to you if you call with a concern or question and when they finally get back to you they seem not to care.
