The representatives for the properties here always seem bothered by any questions or concerns. Rude to say the least. They take weeks if not months to get back to you if you call with a concern or question and when they finally get back to you they seem not to care.
SCAMMERS. They stole my two months security deposit and other fees that I was owed when I moved out! I had the apartment Professionally cleaned and left it Spotless. No issues were reported to me and they refused to send me my security deposits and refused to respond to my emails or phone calls. They stole my Money!! Please DONT use this company!!!
Ive never dealt with people so corrupt, and I've dealt with a lot of people. The Property Group of CT is a disgrace to its unit owners. I've owned for 13 years and recently had major damage to my condo. In addition to lying by saying the by Laws state that I can't use my own contractors on the inside of my home, to dragging their feet for close to a month leaving us to live in a home with category 3 hazardous water damage, to insisting I write them a check from my personal insurance company and then stating the check should ... read more
Non responsive to issues. Communication is poor at best.
They do not care about the unit owners that they are supposed to provide services to. They don’t read any Website portal messages with which you are supposed to file. And it takes months to get back to you and then several more months to fix the problem. AND that’s If you can prove the problem to them Beyond a reasonable doubt.
