Loved renting from them back in 2016/2017
This is the most worthless group of people I have ever dealt with. They are unresponsive and do not communicate. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!
Property Frameworks of Pensacola is a complete joke. They are unresponsive and do not communicate whatsoever. If you are military PLEASE find another property management service to find you a rental. Matter of fact I am standing outside of their Pensacola branch right now 11:35 a.m. on 5 April 2019, and they are closed when they should be open, according to their hours of operation. It is hard to find a property management company that makes an honest effort these days. Again, RENTERS BEWARE!!!

I currently have a lease with Property Frameworks, and I have been completely happy with their service. I was a little nervous to rent from them after reading the reviews here, but after my experience, I have to believe that there’s not much truth to them. Heather and Beth have bent over backwards to work with us. We had to move in sight-unseen (which they let us do 4 days early), and the house was amazing and in near-perfect condition.
