The wife and I have been looking to move back to Florida and out of all the Property Management Groups we have been in contact with we were shocked at the application fees HomeRiver Group charges. We have paid between $35 to $65 for application fees and to us that is reasonable but when we saw a house to rent in the area we wanted the app fees from HomeRiver Group were $150 per person that is $300 just for the app fee for a $2100 per month house that is 10 times the amount we paid with others....I have had personal backgroun... read more

My Landlord Patty has been an absolute joy to work with. She's kind, understanding, and has the best interest of the tenants at heart. I would work with her again in a heart beat.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAD THE UTILITIES PUT IN THE OWNERS NAME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT THINK ANYONE WAS HOME WHEN IN FACT I WAS WORKING OUT OF TOWN DUE TO COVID 19. NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY THE UTILITIES THROUGH THE PORTAL ARE YOU F*CKING KIDDING ME. DONT RENT THROUGH THESE PEOPLE
