This company should be illegal! They are charging AEP prices plus their own for a basic utility. It’s simply not fair! I pay $300 a month for a 1 bedroom and it’s never been any less than that.
If I could give this company a negative 50 I would! Aside from my complaint on the Better Business Bureau's website, this company has over 40 complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau for shady billing practices. They just started doing the water billing for Wilcox Communites, my community is in Pataskala, Ohio and they are billing a separate usage charge of $20.01, and a separate Capital Improvement charge of $11.62, which is a made up charge by them so they can make more money for their company.
