I didn't use his services myself, however he inspected my home I was selling for the buyer. I don't know how his inspection came out on their end because I never heard much back. But this man dug around my septic lid big shovels full and left it on the grass. He also dug holes in the septic field and left the holes open. He broke the latch for the electrical panel and never mentioned anything. He removed screws for a hatch and lost them somehow. I received an inspection report that was 183 pages long that my clients and myself were supposed to navigate during an inspection period. It was very frustrating to search the report for the information the agent was referencing. The links were supposed to help but as soon as you pressed the "back" button, it would take you all the way back to page one and you'd have to scroll again the whole 183 pages. 75% of the material in the report should have been removed and given as a separate "informational" reference should a buyer... read more
