As a home owner I had Property Emporium to take care of my house. They did an outstanding job ensuring my house was well taken care of. Of course at times I had rental individuals that didn't take care of my house. Property Emporium did many home inspection and received pictures of how my house looked. When something needed to be fixed it was done right away. I have nothing negative to say about Property Emporium but all positive result. Just Horrible, I thought I was the only victim of this SCANDALOUS place!!!! They will drain every penny out of your deposit when you leave and never do repairs while you are living at the property. However, they will close it out as if the work was done. What a Joke!!! I never had an issue with any realtors until I met Property Emporium. All I can say is RUN..RUN..RUN.. IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.
What I can tell you that they took care of my property after years of renters abuse of my house. From individuals that complain about every little thing to not paying rent. After being tired of idiot renters that probably can't afford to buy there own house. Finally, I sold my house with all the help from Brooklyn West. She went above and beyond to make it happen.
