They’re not truthful about their intentions. I had a car accident on Sunday. On Thursday I was told I would have until Monday to pick my belongings up and they moved my vehicle on Friday the next day. Now I do not know where my vehicle is to pick the rest of my things up. They don’t answer the phone. Please don’t use them or allow your insurance company to use them
