My roommate and I moved in at the beginning of August. We had a great move in day. There were a few things that we needed to contact maintenance for so we did. The maintenance crew responded quickly and got things fixed in a timely manner. It has been a great experience renting/working with the Property Consultants so far.
Property Consultants llc - Greedy. They lie, cheat and steal. They lie about process, they cheat residents out of security deposits, they steal money with fees. They charge outlandish fees to line their pockets. Property consultants dishonestly creates infractions to poach security deposits like blood sucking parasites. PCC Rocks! I recommend them 100% They not only leased my property twice, but also listed and sold it on the very first viewing at full asking price. We saw homes rented by a variety of management companies, and only the Property Cons of Col homes were clean and set appropriately for showing. Ye gads. If stained carpet, broken blinds, etc are the BEST someone can do when trying to get you to rent their house, then you know they will be bad landlords. We went with a house managed by PCC and hope to move to SC middle of May. See y'all then! :)
As an owner, beware you do not want to lease your home through this company.
