Nice reasonable landlady. Great rates comfortable apartments.
Lived here my senior year of college, the rent is cheap and you get what you pay for. Wifi is free and the building I lived in, I only had to pay for electricity as far as utilities. My unit had a gas stove which I loved and have had a really hard time finding any apartments with gas instead of electric. The maintenence team is amazing and very quick to respond when you need help and Polina is the best landlord I've ever worked with, she is very understanding and easy to communicate with. I’ll never forget the maggots coming from the ceiling. No lie. Or the bed bugs. Or the endless roaches. I documented everything and it took her months to get anything done. Absolutely terrible.
