I called today and spoke with Mike who took time to answer questions about my mom’s NFIP flood claim, even though it’s not the type of case he normally works with. He was highly informative and generous with his time. I would definitely use him in the future and highly recommend him. In the 15 minutes we talked on the phone it was clear that he genuinely cares and is extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Mike!!

We had an excellent experience working with Mike at Property Claim Associates. We had an insured loss due to a water leak at our home and were receiving the runaround from our insurance company…..lowballed settlement offers, delays, etc. We hired Mike who was able to step in and advocate to ensure the process moved forward and that we ultimately received reimbursement for what we were owed. The positive outcome wouldn’t have been possible without his dedication and hard work! Highly recommend!!!

PCA helped me with a homeowners insurance claim for a tree strike that I dealt with during the bomb cyclone windstorm in the Seattle area last year. A huge tree fell right on our roof. It became a very complicated claim because my original contractor did not document his work properly, and I had to pay for a lot of work up front, out of pocket.
