Having a rental property in Austerlitz, I have renters in and out very frequently. Having someone I can trust and who is available whenever I need has been a godsend. He checks in on the property when renters leave to make sure everything is good to go for the next, which includes his cleaning service. Once during a renters stay the hot water heater stopped working and he was quick to get it taken care of. I can't say enough about Craig and his services other than try it for yourself!

Property Butler thank you for going over and beyond my expectations. My mother’s estate needed so much work, with one call they made me feel like I found the right fit. They responded quickly, and came out to see the massive projects that needed addressing. Within 1 week the yard and many perennial bed brought back to life... Now onto repairs to the house, met with them can’t say enough about the quality of contractors he has working for him... I wish them great success with there new company...
