I just drove by the old property i rented and saw that there had been no landscaping done but was charged for it on my final bill. I was also charged for things that I was told were ok during the final walk-through. There was a leak in the wall that caused a LOT of damage and Im pretty certain there was some mold we weren't told about but according to the property manager, they were most likely going to "slap some lipstick on it and rent it out to the next person", so beware of what you're getting yourself into. Very upsetting and disappointing. I have stayed more than 3 years in the apartment by the company - 9600 N 96th ST #126, 85258 on rent. The rent was increased during every agreement which is fine but once I left the apartment my whole Security Deposit (a month rent) is deducted by the company. Stayed in lots of apartments, but this is the first time that my all money is taken in the name of cleaning. We live in a unit underneath one of hers and it's been leaking for 3 months. When they came to "fix it" we got a hole in our drywall that they have not fixed.
