Terrible communication, Zero follow ups. My wife and I reached out 7 times in total inquiring about a property that “tenants had not moved out of yet” Hoping to move forward with a showing property manager Karen I believe was “NOT proactive” about scheduling a showing. Great feature on the website: the ability to send questions about a property straight into a black hole. Zero replies. Makes me feel so confident about how they’d handle an urgent issue if I were a tenant.
I rented one of Karens properties for 4 years. She was awesome. After she met with us, we heard back promptly. Whenever I had an issue, she took care of it. When a tree fell on our house she showed up with the tree crew to make sure it was dealt with properly. She replaced my fridge, had my chimney swept yearly, had my roof cleaned off, and had my shower faucet repaired and then replaced. My roommates and I applied for a house through Property Associates Management and the whole experience was just awful. Karen was extremely difficult to communicate with in almost every capacity and she was pretty cold and condescending according to my roommate who actually spoke to her on the phone (I just communicated with her via text). Recently found a rental through Karen @ Property Associates Management. Finding a rental can be incredibly stressful these days especially if you are in a crunch for time. This was one of the most seemless processes thanks to Karen. She was incredibly prompt, honest and thorough. I was updated at each step of the process with clear communication and she answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. 10/10 would recommend!
