Worst property management to deal with. Been with them for 2 years and maintenance and management have been absolutely horrible. They never answer their phones and take days to follow up (if they do).
PM Lawanda is amazing at her job and very professional/responsive, so was the leasing team, but maintenance is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in 10 years of renting. Was left without AC in +100 degree temps for weeks and without heat with temps in the 30-40s for a week. Dishwasher took over 3 weeks to replace because they were “calling the wrong vendor number”.
