I do not have to add more than everyone who mentioned the property manager. I will second everyone mentioned before this "whatever you want to call it".Worse property manager. There was a gate slamming all the times and wakes me up at night. Told them many times, but did not care. Very noisy area. Powerful cars/bikes noise 24 hours Excessive amount of dogs that charges you, with mean owners. Spots of water whenever it rain that you have to pass through whenever going to your apartment. Very noisy neighborhood.
