I thought I left my sink running after I left my house and I couldn’t go back for a few hours. I called the office and they sent someone to my apartment as fast as possible to check and turn it off for me. Thank you so much!
As a renter Properties Plus made it difficult through every part of our stay. They were rude in the phone. They were rude in person and their management and maintenance staff didn’t seem knowledgeable about anything. Their only response is a spiel on how they are better than how we were treated. I cannot recommend ever going through this company.
As a renter, I have had an excellent experience with Properties Plus. They care about their renters and any ticket I've put has a response within the hour. If you look at all the recent reviews for ACTUAL tenants and landlords from the past few years, they are all excellent. ALL negative reviews are from people that are upset they didn't get to lease a property. Great company to rent from and I am sure the experience is equivalent for property owners.
I tried to schedule a showing on their website for two listings that were active across multiple platforms, but the online scheduling tool said it was unavailable and to call the office. I called the office and the lady said the first property I wanted to tour had gotten a lease signed a couple days ago and was no longer available.
