Fantastic people that work with you to find appartment or property for rent, I found clean a ford able appartment in a short time. Would use them again if staying in the Hermiston area.
Their is little to say that is fair about this place... They were nice enough to work with us on rent after my husband's accident... We moved in with a 1200 dollar deposit... 30 days after move out we are being told we owe them money... They charged us : 166.25 for 5 hours of cleaning, 120.00 for carpet cleaning (they do themselves), 105.00 for repair labor, 100.00 for supplies, 100.00 for patching holes (which were there when we moved in), 7.00 for new drip pans and 632.00 in rent...
