Based on my limited interactions with Taylor Boyd, I would advise against working with him. He was unprofessional, impatient, and I did not feel he was acting in my best interest.

Our Realtor was Chris Hallmark at the beginning and then we switch to Gary Gage. We had the listing with them for 6 months, The communication was good every week we were advised of the information from comments on their website and anyone that would see the property. However, for several weeks not any advertised open houses at the prime season of buying/selling. Towards the end of the contract of 6 months, nothing at all, not one offer. the entire 6 months of the contract. House is in fabulous condition spent 35K in upgrades... read more
