We were looking to build a home in the villages and happened to meet agent Michael Nicolette. He was super helpful and friendly treating us like family. Michael lead us through the process of finding the right lot and home design. We are now in our beautiful home and couldn’t be any happier! Best decision ever using Property of The Villages!
Listed and sold my parents home through them thinking it would be an better, easier experience than listing with an outside realtor. WRONG!! Their legal office were clueless about estates; huge delay in getting pictures taken and the listing live (how could you have only one photgrapher in this industry?); had a new realtor in training who was our point of contact who couldn't answer questions without running it past her superior.
