Our Realtor was Chris Hallmark at the beginning and then we switch to Gary Gage. We had the listing with them for 6 months, The communication was good every week we were advised of the information from comments on their website and anyone that would see the property. However, for several weeks not any advertised open houses at the prime season of buying/selling. Towards the end of the contract of 6 months, nothing at all, not one offer. the entire 6 months of the contract. House is in fabulous condition spent 35K in upgrades... read more
Excellent experience with Properties of the Villages. Our realtor, Beth Sunderman, is one of the most professional and prepared agents we have ever worked with. She set honest expectations, provided frequent communication, and worked hard throughout the transaction process. We are very thankful to have found her and her team.
We closed on our property in the Villages on July 14. Our Realtor, Kyle Lambert did not meet us at the property to give us the keys and let us in. He left a key under the door mat. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. His communication in the beginning was good but turned very poor at the end. We will never refer anyone the Villages Real Estate Company. We will tell our friends to choose an outside realty.
We were looking to build a home in the villages and happened to meet agent Michael Nicolette. He was super helpful and friendly treating us like family. Michael lead us through the process of finding the right lot and home design. We are now in our beautiful home and couldn’t be any happier! Best decision ever using Property of The Villages!
