This real estate Agent Steven Cool has purchased a property in penrose on 7th street that is zoned for irrigation flooding. The property has 5 water shares and they are meant to flood the whole area. He has put a modular home in this area and it’s not raised. The new home owners would most likely need to have flood insurance to protect their investments in the long run.
