Not sure about the rest of the team, but if your realtor's name is Alvia Rios, I would RUN - unless you want to work with someone who's new to the industry and has no idea how things work. You'll definitely get the short end of the stick and are better off going somewhere else. She'll just try to sell you a house and will not care if it's a good fit for you or how it will affect your family.
