Amber, need proper management training. She is not very kind or professional at all! She lives in the building and does not walk the grounds daily to see if it clean. I've witnessed vomit on the 1st floor elevator on the Harvard side for 5 days. The elevators are always breaking. It's Christmas time and Harvard side elevator broke on Wednesday evening 12/17/14 and it is still broke today Sunday 12/21/14! She has no sense of urgency!
