I had my Jefferson Park property listed on April 2025. Ed and his team scheduled my open house that weekend 4-4 to 4-6. They then scheduled requested showings and gave me ample time to make sure that I wasn’t there. They sold my property quickly after a few showings.
This was my first time buying a home and Ed with the Groho group was more than I could ask. He was there for me at a very stressful time in my life and helped me learn and grow. Pushed me in commuting to myself and successfully purchasing a beautiful condo in old town. I recommend him to everyone. Efficient, timely and most knowledgeable.
Ed helped me find my current 2 bed, 1 bath apartment that I am renting in the Chicago Loop. He helped me look at many different places in different neighborhoods all over Chicago. Ed is very nice, he is a very good communicator, was honest in his answers to my questions that I had and very helpful.
