Obnoxious reps, incompetent service, company wide. I am astounded. As a landlord for 20+ years, I haven’t seen a company so poorly run- I even got ANOTHER OWNER’S CONFIDENTIAL INFO snail mailed to me by mistake! (I mean- what??!!). City utilities were double-paid or simply not paid at all. Poor follow through with their handyman”- “too busy” to help me. Rental assistant acts inexplicably entitled, actually derisive, both in emails & by phone. Inept company- find others.
