Bought a nightmare property in April of this year thanks to Ryan Anderson, the seller's agent. when I called The number listed on a property, the lady was so condescending before I could even schedule a tour. she spoke as if she KNEW I didn’t meet the requirements and even after stating my credit score and income (which is predatory just for a viewing) she STILL didn’t want to schedule a tour and vaguely said she’d check her calendar and call back.
