I showed up earlier in the afternoon and was told they couldn’t hand out mowers because the grass was "too wet." They told me to come back at 5pm. I did—only to find out they had already handed out every mower before 5. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don’t have time during the week, and they managed to ruin my day off with their disorganized and careless service. Won’t be coming back.
