Its a garbage dump behind the apartments on 949 F st. The houses all have cockroaches, slugs, and black widows everywhere. They refuse to get a bigger garbage bin out back and so the garbage piles up bringing bugs to all the apartments. If you dont write everything down on your items list of things wrong in the apartment, she WILL charge you for them later.
