ABOUT PROPERS FLORIST & GREENHOUSE I HAVE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS SUPPOSEDLY COMPANY! I LOST TRACK OF THE NUMBER OF TIMES THAT MY FAMILY & I PAID FOR SERVICES, THEN FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE NOT RENDERED. THE SERVICES INVOLVED WERE PLANTING OUR FAMILY CEMETERY LOTS WHICH SOME WERE NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR US TO WALK TO OURSELVES. THE OWNER ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT INSTEAD SHE JUST KEPT THE MONEY SAYING THAT SHE WAS ‘TOO BUSY’. I'm extremely confused by your comment that your services were not rendered. We have absolutely done all you paid us to do. I have went above and beyond for you, saving certain flowers you picked for your family stones, which is a policy that is not feasible.
