Jim and the Proper Upkeep team did fantastic work. Jim is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and provides an honest level of service that is hard to find. I had to replace an old, odd sized door on a duplex and he gave me a wide variety of options. He even worked into the night to get the job done on time. I'm extremely appreciative and know he will be my first call from now on.
Proper Upkeep repaired the grout in my bathroom. Jim responded quickly to my request for service and he arrived when he said he would. He did a great job: the grout looks just like new! I will definitely use Proper Upkeep again. I highly recommend them.
Tony did a great job of tackling a tough problem quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing, offered some tips to help in the future, and finished on time and under budget. I'll certainly be building a list of tasks for Proper Upkeep to look at in the future and look forward to having Tony over again in the future.
Best part about this team is that they always give the most honest advice. Even if it doesn’t get them an extra dollar they done care. My best interest was always top of their priority list. Love these guys.
