Mr. Swann is a master plumber who really knows his stuff. He is very responsive and offers reliable service along with reasonable prices. After working with his company over a period of several years, I can attest that he has a wonderful personality and is trustworthy. And I am fairly tough to please. My cousin, aunt and I all use him for all our plumbing needs!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOUSE DESTROYED! Contacted them to find a leak. After they used a jack hammer to destroy my floor, for exploration instead of a scope. They replaced the wrong pipe. Left all the mess for me to clean up. Destroyed my entire floor, and filled the 6 foot deep hole with gravel filled with trash. On top of not only did they not fix the leak, they left a pool in my bathroom floor.
Had put in a call because my hot water heater died in my newley built house. Quick and painless swap out this was roughly 2 or 3 yrs ago Second hand my sub pump get clogged from house insulation and came out ASAP and cleared my issue up right away. Very professional and knowledgeable and for sure on my call first for major home plumbing issues.
We had a broken pipe under our kitchen sink which needed to be replaced. Since it's Memorial day I was having a hard time finding someone who would be willing to come out. I called this company and spoke with a nice lady named Brenda. She got in contact with Glenn who said he could be out within an hour. He was here within an hour and a half and replaced the pipe within 30 minutes. We appreciate the very professional service that they provided especially on a holiday. The price was very reasonable.
