RUN DON’T WALK. Proper Meats + Provisions had THE best gluten free sandwich AND the most delectably divine tomato soup everrrrrrrr. Ever!!!! I’ve thought about this meal on multiple occasions since leaving Flagstaff. God I wish I had this food closer by!!!
The warm Aleppo Pepper Pastrami sandwich has to be the best pastrami sandwich I've ever had. I really like their take/additions to the sandwich.
22.00 for a good but not great sandwich terrible customer service the goth girl running the cash register acted like she was annoyed that she had to take my order and answer a question not busy at all only a few people in there a little manners go a long way and she had none very disappointing looked like a cool place👎🏽
No longer the delight this stop used to be! We have made a point of stopping here every time we come through Flagstaff on the way to the Grand Canyon. We always order the famous pastrami or the corn beef sandwiches. On our third trip through in the last 5 years, we came through in late February of 2026, and the store was rather quiet since it was Tuesday. We ordered one pastrami and one Aleppo Pepper pastrami. I loved the Muffaletta they used to serve. Now it is on a different bread, with mayo?! And very little olive spread.
