I have been eating sandwiches for 50 years, starting with bologna and cheese in elementary school, and the Rueben was probably one of the best meals I’ve had. I did a halfsie with my son who had the pastrami and that was an extremely close second. I’m already thinking about my next trip from S.F. to Flagstaff for a repeat!
Recommended by the staff at Hotel Monte Vista and they were spot on! I had the Banh Mi sandwich and it rocks! Perfect balance between the pork, veggies and spices. Bravo!
Outstanding Reuben sandwich. Also tried the Pastrami, Turkey Club, Veggie sandos, tomato soup, fries, chips - all outstanding. Selection of ready to eat soups, stocks, even homemade dog food.
The best sandwiches in Flagstaff! Don’t forget to grab a frozen house made breakfast sausage or chorizo pack from the freezer. It’s SO GOOD!!
