Great sandwiches. Not much lf a butcher shop
That was the most phenomenal sandwich of my entire life. I will forever chase the feeling of the first bite I took. The day my bf proposes and he gets down on one knee I better see that chicken confit BLT in that box instead of a ring.
The guys at Proper Meats are one of a kind. Genius. I have a big family event coming up that needs a big dish. Proper Meats to the rescue. This is such a great deli shop with high quality meats. It definitely deserves its James Beard nomination. I had the Aleppo pepper pastrami and it was excellent. The meat was smokey and tender and the bread was great. The green chilies went well along with the cactus cream cheese. We also ordered a side of pork chili Verde soup.
