I'd recommend Proper if you have vacation rental, great partner! It's hard to find good insurance company, they normally send you around when you need them the most, not with Proper! Start to finish, Payton Voss has been outstanding. There was never a lull in waiting for questions to be answered, and all of my vacation rental needs were addressed and met with such expertise and professionalism.
