Tim Lazarewicz was extremely helpful in walking me through the coverage and I recommend working with him in the Tampa area.
Heads up! Proper Insurance does not cover mold damage. They'll only cover freak accidents but nothing related to water damage, fungus, wear and tear. Ours was due to landlord's negligence but you would think that due to his negligence and us not being able to operate our Airbnb, Proper Insurance would at least cover some of the cancellations but nope! I have been dealing with insurance companies and insurance brokers for decades. I have never met an agent as honest, competent and knowledgeable as Zach Tate. If I could give him 6 stars I would. I recommend anyone calling Proper Insurance to ask for Zach Tate, he is the only agent I will ever deal with! Zach is the best!
We have worked with Tim L. at Proper Insurance since we started an AirBnB rental of our detached apartment from our home. The experience has been great and we have really appreciated Tim's advice and service.
