I’ve had Proper Insurance for about four years. It seems a little expensive, but possibly worth it. The staff members are pleasant. I like that they respect privacy and don’t give out your information. I had a claim for my split air conditioner system. Proper Insurance and their third party approved, and paid for my new system within a week. Thank God! I want to celebrate Matthew Stewart of Proper Insurance-- he was remarkably patient and helpful with managing my claim and ensuring that I got the support I needed. It made all the difference to have his careful attention and assistance with the many annoying setbacks and frustrations of dealing with contractors and other dynamics in fixing my house.
