I give proper care a 5 stsr review. They are excellent and consistent with lovely care. Always on time and willing to do more then asked. Each employee was wonderful..thank you for giving such good care and respect care to my mum.
Liz and her team provided home care for my 97 year old mother for almost 5 months. My Mum had fallen and broken her hip at her independent living home in Parksville. Prior to the fall she was very healthy and mobile but 8 days in hospital after surgery to repair the break was very difficult for her and she lost her appetite and was slowly going downhill. Liz and her remarkable team were paramount in making an extremely stressful time period and situation, MUCH easier to navigate. I HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY situation where professional, compassionate, attentive, dedicated & flexible medical assistance is required, both short and long term. Although I've only been with Proper Care for a short time, I already feel so welcomed and supported. The team has been incredibly kind, easy to work with, and you can really see how much staff are valued and appreciated. What stands out most is how attentive and dedicated everyone (from the owner to the caregivers) is to the clients' needs. It truly feels like a family than just another workplace. I can proudly say that I've found "the one" work wise! :)
